Finding the problem
Finding a solution is at the core of a design project, and good research outlines the problem. We work with you to immerse ourselves in, and connect with, your target audience to establish the challenges we need to overcome and the strengths that we have to our disposal.
Research removes personal preference from the solution and allows us to take a more strategic approach to the delivery of our creative. The valuable insights we gain into your market and audience leads the way to impactful creative.
First, we look to understand how you see the problem. We do this through various channels including employee insight, focus groups, online and offline surveys.
In order to accurately assess this data, we also utilise external sources such as brand tracking, desk research and competitor analysis to increase our pool of knowledge.
